RATES
- Editing Suite: $120.00/hr. (with editor)
- Editing Suite: $80.00/hr. (without editor)
- Editing Suite: $2200.00/wk. (without editor)
Note: Above fees based on an 8 hour work day.
RUSH FEES:
- Add $50.00 per hour to any session that goes overtime to meet client deadlines.
- Cancellations less than 24 hours prior to a scheduled session are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. If the session is re-scheduled at the time of cancellation, a 25% cancellation fee will apply.
- Projects may remain on the system for five days after the session at no charge to allow time for review and approval. After five days, projects which need to remain on the system for extended periods of time may be subject to daily hard drive rental fees.
- Regular customers are encouraged to purchase their own drives in order to avoid drive rental fees.
TAPE COST
- Beta SP tapes, 30 min. or shorter - $30.00ea. 60 min. and 90 min. tapes - $65.00 each.
- DV tapes up to 60 min. - $20.00ea.
- VHS tapes - $5.00 each.
- Customers may provide their own tapes, but must be approved brands. No used tapes, please. Payment
- New customers must pre-pay or be approved for credit. With approved credit, terms are net 15 days.
- A 10% discount applies to jobs on which payment is received within 72 hours of invoice.
- A 1.5% per month late fee will apply to past due accounts. Customers with a history of past due balances will be put on a cash basis for future projects.
- Customer agrees to pay any collection fees, including but not limited to attorney and legal fees.
- We are not responsible for any damages to original tapes or materials. However, we do guarantee time spent on projects in progress in the unlikely event that time or materials are lost due to equipment malfunction or operator error. We cannot, however, be responsible for problems caused by missed deadlines, and rush fees or after hour fees may still apply.
Sales Tax
- Arizona sales tax (8.5%) will apply unless a resale tax ID number is provided, or unless the finished product is shipped and billed to a client in a state without reciprocal sales tax requirements. Advertising agencies are usually required to pay sales tax for products.
EDITING TERMS & CONDITIONS
- If a job runs over the scheduled time, "after hour" rates may be required to complete the job if you are on a fixed deadline.
- If an evening or weekend session is desired and booked at least 10 days in advance, special rates are available by quote.
- We encourage customers to book time early, as our schedule is often filled days and sometimes weeks in advance. Special consideration is given to regular customers.
- A two hour minimum applies to all edit suite services except duplication..
